This s’mores dip is the one that disappears in ten minutes flat, and people always ask for the recipe before they even finish their first bite. It’s fast, forgiving, and always a hit, delivering gooey, chocolatey, marshmallow perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (softened, for greasing the skillet)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 full sheets graham crackers (broken into pieces for dipping, or crushed for topping)
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using an air fryer, set it to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Grease your skillet with the softened butter, coating the bottom and sides evenly.
  3. Layer the chocolate chips: pour both semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips into the skillet and spread them in an even layer.
  4. Top with marshmallows: scatter the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown and the chocolate is fully melted and bubbly around the edges. In the air fryer, check at 4 minutes.
  6. Optional: For extra-toasted marshmallows, switch the oven to broil for the last 30 seconds, watching closely.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve immediately with graham cracker pieces, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overmix; just layer ingredients. Watch the broiler closely to avoid burning. Use room temperature chocolate chips for even melting. For a thicker dip, add an extra ¼ cup of chocolate chips. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven at 300°F for 5-7 minutes or in the microwave.
